I'm seeing a grinch in the near future...

Can't wait! am gonna stay up all night and play until the game says "A new build of Guild Wars is avaible, please restart your game."

Just bring it on! I'll be packin' my trusty laptop with me on the road so I can stay up with the latest and greatest. Yeah, so it's only 500 Mhz. and runs GW at an awesome 2 fps. I can still chat!

Actually, I'll extend this once more... Why are there so many 'religous' events in the third week of December?

This goes back a Lonnnnggggg time. December 21st. Winter Solstice. The longest day of the year.

This day was a Big Deal to early nomadic humans. It marked the beginning of the return of warmer weather. (the days start getting longer after today)

Warmer weather = easier to survive = more food.

All they knew was that up to this day, there was less sunlight every day. After this day, there is more sunlight every day.

They didn't know about planets, orbits, seasons, heaters etc. There was serious concern that the darkness would grow forever and consume them all.

It's a logical step to assume some sort of Sun-diety defeated the darkness on this day. Then a few day afterwards, they held a celebration of this event.

Snowball shooting bows, warriors bashing people with carrots, oh the possibilities. Ok, they're probably not doing anything that cool, but there's been enough hinting from official GW sources (Gaile, the actual GW, etc...) that we know SOMETHING's coming. All those at Anet are probably sitting back waiting for people to stop complaining before they release the update

Can someone tell me where the frog is , please I been trying to find him no success ,i did find the rabbit lol

I am looking forward to whatever Christmas plans they have for us , and will find time for the family (I am a mum of 2 ) and play Guild wars when the kids in bed and hubbys playing Mohaa or CoD
